Deiadre Rauch
Deiadre has spent two-thirds of her career living and working internationally. She maintains a truly global perspective, bolstered by assignments in London, Kuala Lumpur, Brussels and elsewhere around the world. She has over 30 years of experience working as a leader both domestically and internationally.
With a degree in Materials Science Engineering from Purdue University, Deiadre is a structured thinker and is keenly interested in how the way we think impacts how we feel and what we do as leaders. Deiadre’s unique blend of business experience, cultural awareness, and a love of helping people to get what they want out of life, prompted her pursuit of coaching as a profession.
She completed the Leadership Coaching Program at the Institute for Transformational Leadership (ITL) from Georgetown University and founded her company, TFD Leadership Coaching, in 2013. She has also received her Certificate in Facilitation and her Polarities and Paradox Certification from Georgetown ITL. She is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is on the debrief faculty and a senior coach for the Leadership Circle. She is also certified in the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), the Myer’s Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC, and the KPI (Key Polarity Indicator. Deiadre recently completed her Masters of Education and Human Development in Organizational Leadership and Learning at George Washington University in 2022.
Prior to founding TFD Leadership Coaching, Deiadre held various leadership and management roles at ExxonMobil for the first 12 years of her career. She then held leadership roles with the American Chamber of Commerce of Malaysia, the American Club of Malaysia, the US Chamber of Commerce’s Brussels Office, and the International School of Brussels.
Deiadre has coached many clients at a wide variety of corporations, government agencies and non-profits. Her focus of work is on coaching Senior Leadership and SLT Teams. She treats each of her clients as a unique individual and develops a customized coaching plan to help them find their authentic leadership style.
Deiadre is a founding member and past Co-President of the Georgetown ITL Network, a non-profit which provides services to graduates and faculty of the GU Institute for Transformational Leadership. She also sits on the Board of LiftMeUp!, an equine therapy nonprofit, and Legacy Farms, neurodiverse work empowering nonprofit.
Deiadre lives in Northern Virginia, traveling when she gets the chance and enjoying her friends and family, while also continually developing her own authentic leadership style. She is also a 500-hour yoga teacher trainer, and loves teaching yoga to beginners.
