Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed for recently certified LCP Practitioners or Certified Practitioners that have used the LCP but not extensively and want to practice with other certified coaches with client profile examples. Practitioners who would like to get more experience with understanding the LCP 360 and debriefing the reports will benefit from this workshop.
About the Workshop
Deiadre Rauch and Vinay Kumar have been certified in all of the Full Circle Group products (Leadership Circle 360, Collective Leadership Assessment and Leadership Systems) and have considerable experience in using them in their practice. They both have a passion for learning the foundations and nuances of the LCP and for bringing this learning into their work. Together they run the 200+ member Leadership Circle Study Group (a community of Practice Group) for LCP Certified coaches.
In this highly experiential workshop, Deiadre and Vinay will share their experiences, as we as practitioners will learn from each other through various interactive activities. The workshop will be limited to 15 LCP certified practitioners in order to allow for conversations to go deeper and create a richer learning experience.
Practitioners will leave the workshop with:
- Deepened understanding of LCP
- Greater confidence to facilitate impact in client work
- Stronger connections with other LCP practitioners

I’m so glad that I took this workshop! The tips on both interpreting and debriefing the profiles were highly relevant for me because the approach has grown in sophistication since 2015 when I was certified. I particularly appreciated the tips regarding the transition from the debrief to the Individual Development Plan. Deiadre and Vinay create a safe, supportive and fun atmosphere for learning from them as well as from the other participants who bring helpful experiences too. All in all, it was time and money well-spent, and I’d recommend it to others without reservation.
