Deiadre Rauch and Vinay Kumar have been certified in all of the Full Circle Group products (Leadership Circle 360, Collective Leadership Assessment and Leadership Systems) and have considerable experience in using them in their practice. They both have a passion for learning the foundations and nuances of the LCP and for bringing this learning into their work. Together they facilitate the 200+ member Leadership Circle Study Group (a community of Practice Group) for LCP Certified coaches.
In this highly experiential workshop, Deiadre and Vinay will share their experiences, as we as practitioners will learn from each other through various interactive activities. The workshop will be limited to 16 LCP certified practitioners in order to allow for conversations to go deeper and create a richer learning experience.
Practitioners will leave the workshop with:
- Deepened understanding of LCP
- Greater confidence to facilitate impact in client work
- Stronger connections with other LCP practitioners
- Experience exploring the LCP Mat in somatic use with client work, both for individuals and teams.
The early bird price for the full-day seminar is $595 until 1/15/22 and $695 after 1/15/22. Price includes the location rental, use of a variety of sizes of LCP Mats, healthy food choices for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
*For the safety of the group, all participants must be fully vaccinated.

This workshop is designed for practitioners who would like to get more experience with understanding the LCP 360 and debriefing the LCP reports with clients will benefit from this workshop.
